I've been denied to entry to the us with with a tourist visa voluntary withdrawn,,, so that's any effects on my green card based marriage, my wife lives in the us and i want to join her. Any experience?

If they let you voluntarily withdraw your application for admission and didn't remove you, there's no effect.
