my priority date is 8 oct 2003 and my case was approved on 10 nov 2009. my dob is 08-07-1994. when will i be able to pay fess for me? My parents have already paid their fees.

Theyll make arrangements to pay at the time of interview.
my pd is sept 2003 so we're on the same boat infact!

MY age is 24 and they ask minimum questions to the principal aplicant !

Yes, write an email to NVC to change your status from follow to join to accompany then you will be able to pay the feees online and then submit form ds260.
Yes ur eligible for CSPA

When is your priority date? Have u got the interview confirmation? My PD is 23rd Jan 2004. I have paid the fee and all other documents for my family except my elder daughter whose DOB is 08/01/92. The approval time taken is 5years 280 days. so she comes under CSPA. But when should I approch NVC for the approval so that I could submit her fee and other documents. Please guide us with the full procedure so that we can also do that. I am from India. Please reply.

My PD was 14 May2003..I am done with my interview and visa too.You should Write an email to NVc stating your case no and they will update your daughters status to accompany.After That you will be able to fill up DS260.Then wait for your Pd to become current.

When did you approached NVC for CSPA approval. after approval how much time did it took to become yr PD current. I think it will take atleast a year to become my PD current as its on Jan 23, 2004. so when is the right time to approach NVC. Pl advise

i approached NVC in the month of august 2016.by september end everthng was done.DS260 fees etc.i waiting till december to get the interview.and u shld do it asap so that u get the case completion mail.and then u wait for ur PD to become current and interview call!

what if the case is already complete and documents have reached at delhi embassy. should i still mail nvc about fees link? will mailing them delay my process?

If all documents Have reached delhi embassy you need to contact delhi embassy.
