Filed I130 and i485 concurrent for my mother

Hello!
I have an urgent question. im a american citizen and i submit a petition for my mother which have a Spain Nationality.
Her biometrics were on December 7. We received until now only the forms i797C for both i485 and i130, and the biometric appointment.

She have a VW or ESTA and will expired in Jan 19, 2017 ( 8 days form now)

Is she ok to stay even if her i94 shows Jan 19?? Should she leave the US and comeback?

Please your advices are greatly appreciated

If you are USC, then she can overstay and still be okay to adjust status since she is in immediate relative category.
