Hello, I turned 18 August 26,2016. We filed the 1-30 petition before I turned 18 and everything was approved before I was 18 by the NVC. My step dad is a us citizen he is petitioning for me, to adjust my legal status since him and my mom brought me here illegally. However, my consular appointment that is in Mexico ay the us consulate is 6 months after I have turned 18 and risk staying in Mexico and being tried as an adult. Do I risk staying in Mexico even if I was brought in as a child and had no choice? Any tips?!?
