I Filed for My Spouse Process time

So I filed for my Husband In September, i got a receipt back in September 14, 2016 now its Jan 2017, I called and asked why didn't I received anything else. They stated that they are still working on cases from June 2016. My question is i already waited 3 months, How long would I have to wait some more, before things start to move?

Welcome to the immigrant town. From what you say, you may be waiting another 3 months until when they start working on September 2016 cases. But then I see some applying in say August and be done in December while USCIS website says they are working on March. Who knows... You can check this page for processing times: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do and you can submit a service request from USCIS website to inquire what's going on after 6 months of waiting. Again, you may be just told "we are working on it". Good luck.
