Filling i130 petition before or after changing name on GC?

Hello, i am a green card holder and recently married and changed my name on Marriage Certificate. Now i want to file i130 for my husband, Can i file it before i change my name into married name on my GC or i can file it and later proceed for name change on GC? If i can, which name i should write on the form? my old name or my married name?
