Hi there,I applied for my asylum which was denied and i was ordered deportation in oct 2005.. but i was married by then and I-30 was in process .. which got approved in Feb of 2006.
My spouse and I had some complications after i found out she was cheating on me and got pregnant by another man. There's so much a man can take so i walked away.
In 2011 my I-30 was revoked ( Immigration found out about her kid and Immigration claimed we didn't provide enough evidence to support our marriage - NO FRAUD FINDINGS ) .. in 2012 I got back together with my wife .. and we are planning on applying for my I-30 once again in 2017.
SO - Married for 11 years .. she has a kid from another man while married to me ... I am in deportation but has been living in the US for 14 years now.
Now i have 2 issues here.
Should i go ahead and apply for I-30? What would you do if you were in my shoes?
