L1 visa vs K1 visa for marriage and Green card

I will need your help in my application
I currently have K1 visa and planning to go and get married in the US then complete the AOS papers, however, today my employer in the EU offered to cover L1 visa to go and work in the US and get married as well.

My questions is:
- Should I accept my employer offer?
- If I have both visas of my EU passport, which visa should I use to enter the US?
- Which of the the two visas easier to later apply for the green card

Take the L-1, use the L-1.

That way, if the marriage doesn't work out, you can continue working and living in the United States uninterrupted.
