Hi,
I've been reading on applying for green card for parents as a citizen and had some questions on details of the process. I would appreciate if you can help me with them.
1) My mother is flying to US next month with a tourist visa. The original plan was to start the green card process once she is here but as I've read more forums it looks like that's not recommended because of tourist visa intent and if we wait for 60 days, she will have to return before the application is completed most likely.
2) Instead of above can we file for I-130 once she returns, wait for approval and let her come here on B2 visa again and complete the green card process or does she have to do the green card process in her home country?
3) How do doctor appointment work when completing the application in another country, do they usually have doctors they refer you to?
