my father is a 80 years old US citizenship hold.
now his psychical condition is very bad admitted and ICU in Chicago
my question is;
1. may i apply for mmy father's IRS tax papers
2. if i can submit Hospital latter and all other documents NVC can schedule for fast. ( me and my mother's case is now current on NVC)
3. we want to buy a sponsership from New york though my father always living at Chicago . there is anyproblem? my father's present financial condition is not well.

Do you mean "If you can have him apply on your and your mother behalf? Family based sponsorship? You sure can. You can even get a visa to see your father. I'll recommend contacting an attorney or do some research. If your father/relatives living in the US, can provide proof of relationship and Medical proof.. you will get a Visa to come see your dad.
