Adjustment of Status
Hi All,
I am new to this forum and I have a lot of questions.
I will be very grateful if you can give me some insights.
I have a pending application for student visa here in LA. My husband is a US Citizen and we are planning to have the interview set in South Carolina. My concern now is, since my student visa application is still pending, when the biometrics schedule comes and the interview comes, will I be allowed to travel by air since the president has EO against illegal immigrants?
Also, we filled out our forms ourselves, and I have read somewhere here in this forum that they filled ot the form I-864a as well. Is that form required to be submitted as well?
