So, the interview was a breeze. The guy had a picture up of Clinton meeting Kennedy when he was younger and we knew right away he was cool. He even pointed out in the next room them asking about what body wash the other spouse uses and he says, "Did you hear that? Those are the types of questions we ask people when we suspect fraud." He never asked us anything other than very basic things like dates, how we met, etc. Okay, so my wife Mercedes did the medical form about two years ago, so that was too old to be used so we have to do that again. But we can mail it in when we get the letter, so that's easy. The thing we have an issue with is she was here back in 2011 on some exchange program or student work program in Ohio and worked for two months. She was totally legal, had the right visa and everything but our worker wanted to see pay stubs for that. The company she worked for went bankrupt and she thought she had that stuff in Peru but her mom and sis can't find it. So I'm wondering is there any way to get that information? Like would the IRS or Dept of Labor have copies of her paychecks? We're going to give them as much as we possibly can if we can't find that stuff, but assuming we get it taken care of our application is 100% approved.
