Hi folks
I was wonder if anyone could offer some advise (if poss) Im planning on completing the i-130 form via sponsorship from my dad who lives in CA (has done for like 20+ yrs, since moving from the UK) Whilst I have very little holding me back (eg no house, mortgage, kids/wife ect) I do have a credit card that I've had for a few years that I am currently saving up, to pay off (its not a huge amount by some ppl standard its only £3,000) ....What I was wondering was, Would anyone know if this would count against me WHILEt starting/making a visa application?...or should i just try and be a bit patient, pay if of then apply?
Thanks
Rolveston
