Hello Everyone
I am under lot of stress this time thanks to NVC. so I had submitted all petition documents to NVC last year. I never heard anything back from them so I called them over the phone and the customer rep. told me that my documents are being reviewed. NVC then sent me an email last month asking for PCC. My lawyer had told me not to sent the PCC unless NVC asks for it otherwise my PCC will expire. so I had to listen to my lawyer. I again called NVC and they told me that they have received the PCC and it is under review. It has been almost a year since I have filed petition for my wife but things are getting delayed a bit and it is very frustrating.
Can anyone please tell me what should I do? My lawyer keeps saying that we will get notice pretty soon but it hasn't happened till yet. is there a way to expedite this process?
