I applied for advanced parole document along with a marriage based petition/ green card, adjustment of status last Dec 5. I already did my biometrics last Jan 13. One of my case status says I'm ready to be scheduled for an interview. How long is the typical wait for the AP to be mailed? Please feel free to share your timeline.
I am gettting nervous because my big wedding in the Philippines is on March 12!!! Invitations have been sent out, suppliers have been paid, and several guests are flying in from different countries. More than 200 confirmed guests. USCIS denied my lawyer's request to expedite due to unusually high volume of cases they have received in light of recent events. I don't know what else to do. Maybe write our congressman or something. Any suggestions other than praying hard?
