Can i change my job?

I am married to a U.S citizen, my spouse is the U.S citizen and i am the foreigner. And now i am working for employer A on a H1-B visa. We just filed I-130 and I-485 together a few days ago, so the case still pending.

My question is can i change my job? While the I-485 is pending, do i get a legal status to work? Or i need to transfer my H1-B visa to the new employer?

If you filed for an EAD along with your I485, yes then you will get a work authorization document. If you haven't, you should, since it is free to apply for EAD along with your I485 application.
