I130 application from India OR US?

I have my GC from 2014 and would be marrying a Indian citizen in this April. How should I go about filing I130 application(GC) for her?

Should I have to travel back to US to file I130 OR can I do it from India? If both are possible, any pros and cons of either methods?

Even if you are visiting India your residence will still be in the US. Where to send it to will depend on the address of your residence.
