Hi,
today I have spoken to the American Consulate in Frankfurt (Germany), because my file had been sent there from the National Visa Center.
I have already filled two documents (biographic & sworn one) and the Consulate have them already.
Today the lady on the phone told me that now they are making a securty-check-up (backchecking I think they call this process also) and it will take from 4 weeks until 1 year. Now my question is, what they are doing there?
