Can anyone Answer when my petition will approve by USCIS

I am married and my father have filed my petition (F3) on 23-Oct-2013, now USCIS Processing 20-Mar-2012 at California service center. I know I have to still wait on NVC until visa available
How long more USCIS will take more to approve my petition ?.

Not sure about approval by USCIS but all i can say is that my F3 was filed in April 2005 and is not only just become current --- so a total wait of approx 12 years
