Can someone clarify which visa bulletin to follow;
A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES
Or
B. DATE FOR FILING APPLICATION
Can somebody please explain detail. I have been contacted by the NVC according to visa bulletin in B. However my priority date is not current according to A. Is this anything that I need to be concerned about ?
