I filed I485 without including the I765

Back in December I filed the I-485 form, without including the I-765 form since I'm still working under the OPT (I regret not to do that). Now my OPT is about to expire in June.

What should I do, apply the I-765 through my AOS or apply for STEM OPT (extend for 2 years).

If I apply through my green card process, do I have to pay any separate fee for I-765?

Submit your I-765 with a copy of the receipt notice for your I-485, no fee.
