one letter missing in the last name

Hello
I am a US citizen, became a citizen through naturalization process.
I am thinking of filing a I-130 petition for my brother; but i see possible issue.

Actually, in my last name one of the letter is missing, and my birth certificate was made without that missing letter and even my parents noted in my birth certificate have that one letter missing.

But my brothers birth certificate has that letter; will this create an issue ? Also, in my brother DoB certificate, my parents name has that missed letter., so even my parents name doesn't match.

What is the remedy for this situation. How to convince USCIS?
