Hello I have two quick clarification questions:
On form I-130 Part 4 Question 10 "Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?"
Does an H1B count as a previous petition filed?
Also, Part 4 Question 61 "The beneficiary is in the U.S. and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:
Do i put my current city and state where I reside or the city and state of the lockbox where I will file I-485?
