  • Questions for application- US citizen sponsoring H1B spouse

I am US Citizen sponsoring Green Card for my H1B Spouse. We are filing concurrently for I485, I130, I765 and I131. I have a few questions about the application process-

    1. Form I130 (new form) - Form I-94 Arrival departure record number, date of arrival, date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on I94 If you have multiple I-94s, which information should we enter in the form? My husband's first I94 was as his entry as a student which is now expired, and his most recent I-94 is from his I797 notice.
    2. Form I130- Passport number If you have multiple I-94s, which information should we enter in the form?
    3. If filing for I131 along with I485, is no filing fee required separately for I131?
    4. Form I131- do we have to specify an intended departure date, or can this be left blank? Same for purpose of the trip- can we leave this blank? We do not have any travel plans as of now that we are aware of.
    5. Form I131- Part 7 says "On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. What should we provide for this? There are no instructions provided.
And what should we answer for "How many trips do you intend to use this document?"

    Thanks.

The only valid I-94 is the most recent one.

You are not asked for purpose of trip. If you see that you are in the wrong place.

You don't have to provide anything. There are instructions and a statement is not needed for AOS applications.
