  • Do I need ALL of my old passports for Adjustment of Status?

Married to a US Citizen and I have sent in my application for adjustment of status with all the forms. I have my old expired passport (since I was 14 years of age) as well as my current valid passport (i.e. I have my two most recent passports, one current and one old). My question is: do I need the really old passport I had before I was 14 years of age? Will they ask for that one in the interview even though I have my current and previous passport? The two passports that I do have contain all my US visas that I have ever used to enter the US.

No. They only care about your passport for:
    1) proof of identity - which can be satisfied differently
    2) evidence of lawful inspection - your most recent I-94 card
