In 2008, my parents started a GC process, labor – approved on 04/21/2008, and I-140 (included me) was approved in Jan 2009. In 2014, again started GC process in EB2. I was included in the I-140, but the paperwork reached USCIS one day after my 21st birthday. So, when the dates were current and they were applying for I-485, the employer legal contact person did not apply for me. I’m currently 23 years old now and my parents received their GC recently. If they apply an I-130 under the F2B unmarried category for me, can I use the previous priority date of the original petition i.e April 21st 2008? If so, what is the process for that? also are there any other options for me?
