My husband is applying for my green card. However, his taxes from the past 3 years were not sufficient plus he didn't have a job for that time and just a month ago he started getting paid good on a new job. That's why we had to look for a sponsor. But we received a request for initial evidence saying that the sponsor's income according to his houshold size was not enough. USCIS gave us 87 days to find another joint sponsor and send necessary documents, otherwise out application will be denied.
Question is, what if we found another sponsor but they will decide that his income is not enough again? Will they give us another chance to find a sponsor or they can deny us at all? And can my husband support me by himself, because he found a good-paid job?
