Does Medical Expire? How to renewal AP?

Hi All,

I concurrently filed I -130 and I-485 for my parents in May 2016, until today, there is no approval or denial. I 'd like to find out if they did their medical exam in April last year, does it expire after one year? Their AP also will expire in early August, how do I apply for a new one? Can I apply for a renewal AP or do we have to wait until the current AP expires? Anyone have information, please help..

Thank you for your input! Does this mean USCIS may request us to redo the physical if its pending past 12 months? Can you tell me how to renew AP ?

The probability is good that they will expect new medicals from you. Unfortunately I don't know about renewing AP.
