Multiple I-864 Forms

I filed 4 1-130 forms for my wife and 3 children. To date all but one has been processed and approved. Now the NVC is sending me a I-864 form for each person. The children will be immigrating and traveling with my wife. Should I only fill out one I-864? The form asked for any children immigrating with the applicant. This should cover everyone on just one form right?

Are you US citizen? If so, you need separate petition and I-864 for each person.

Are you green card holder? You need just one petition and just one I-864 for all of them together.
