You dont get an appointment date just by filling up DS 260 alone. After filling up the ds 260 you have to submit ALL the civil documents and I-864 which NVC is requiring from you.

After reviewing the ALL denouements it normally takes 6 to 8 working weeks for NVC to give u a response.
