Window parent marriage certificate

I am apply for my mother who is widow and lives in England.
She does not have her marriage certificate from India.
1) Does she need to go and get copy made in India ?
2) Can she use the death cetificate as proof ?

I assume that you are US citizen and want to apply green card for your mother.
And the mother you are applying for is your natural mother.

In that case, you don't require her marriage certificate. All you require is your birth certificate that mentions your mother's name as your mother.
