I was scheduled for 9:00 AM for AOS interview. Arrived early and had to wait 90 minutes as they only had a single officer interviewing people for AOS.
My officer was pleasent and went thru my file asking me questions and checking off boxes, she asked me a couple of times if I was arrested and if I sold drugs to whit I replied in the negative.
She was not interested in copies of any sort. She said my marriage was not an issue, however she seemed perplexed by my not having a passport and that I had a lack of entry documentation. I explained that I submitted a FOIA request to USCIS and they responded back in writing that I submitted to inspection back in 1973. After 20 minutes she closed my file and typed somthing in her desktop and printed out a form acknowleding I was interviewd and my case is under further review. Then she told my wife that if everything checks out my greencard would come in the mail in 2 weeks.
