-I'm still a full time student and I'm applying for OPT, will it affect my application for I-131 ?
-We don't really have much joint properties since we're still students and we opened a joint bank account 1 month before our marriage and she just got a job recently, how to we prove our bona fide marriage and what should we attach with our I-130 form ?
-My wife said when she did you application, she submitted her i-130 first ( without any marriage evidence such as bank statements, phone bills or even photos ) and others later after she received her receipt form USCIS ( it was 5 years ago ) Can I submit all applications at the same time ?

please help us, we really appreciate any kind of help.
    Thank you.

Hey buddy please check the filing fees
    its $535 for I-130
and $1225 for I-485 that includes your Biometric fees as well

and you don't need G325A anymore.

If you are using the an edition of I-130, it is no longer accepted; only the 02/27/17 edition is now accepted. Make sure you are using this edition. This new edition of I-130 does not need any G-325As; instead, for petitions for spouse, I-130A is needed. The new edition of I-130 also needs two photos each for the petitioner and beneficiary (not one).

G-325A is still needed for I-485. There is no "petitioner" for I-485 and there is no G-325A for the "petitioner" for I-485. Also note that only the 01/17/17 edition of I-485 is now accepted.

And as azmi noted, the fee for I-130 is $535 and for I-485 is $1225.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
