Do I Need to Complete G-325-A for the new version of I-130?

Hello All,

I've noticed that form I-130 has been updated, and biographic information from G-325-A was added to the new I-130 form. Do I still need to complete G-325-A along with the I-130? Does I-130 qualify for waver fee or reduced fee?
