Hello,
I am filing form I-130 for my parents at the same time. In the new form, part 4, line 25, information about beneficiaries spouse and children is requested. Do I have to include my brother's name here as well? In the instructions, I read that derivative beneficiaries should be included here. My brother is working on H1-B and his company is sponsoring his greencard separately (I-140 is approved). I want to make sure his employment based application would not be affected if I write his name in that section.
