How many trips to Consulate?

When applying for a GC through Consular Processing, approximately how many trips do you need to make to the US Consulate?

On the list, I have

- Biometrics
- Interview

and I will also have to travel for the medical, because I have a job opportunity in a small town, far from the closest US Consulate.

Is there anything that I am missing?

After submitting my paperwork I-485 (which required inclusion of my medical examination, I-693, and G-325), all I had was my biometrics appointment, and then an interview a few months later. I submitted my adjustment of status from within the US as I was already working here on a visa.
