A requirement for a sponsor is that the sponsor has a U.S. domicile. If you put India as the sponsor's domicile, she will be asked to provide proof that she will be returning to the U.S. before or at same time as beneficiary. If you put USA as domicile, you will need to provide a USA address of the sponsor.

The first box of the household number should be carried over from a previous page where the number of sponsored immigrants is listed (page 3, #28), if you are using Adobe Reader (or Professional version). If you are filling out the form manually, you will have to manually enter the number of immigrants, followed by other appropriate responses so that the final people total adds up.
