You should submut 4 separate forms all together

You should submit the I-130, I-485, advanced parole form and employment authorization form.
You do not pay for advance parole and employment authorization when you submit all 4 form together

No, it is not compulsory to apply for advance parole. But you've already paid for it as part of your adjustment application, and you'll invariably regret not applying for it when you end up needing it

if you got the PR after marriage and became US citizen then divorced after a year then do you still have to mention YES on I-130 that you got the permanent residency through marriage or after becoming citien that questions become N/A ?
Also if some one is self employed and own a small business then what should be written in employment history? and will the company he/she owns could be shown in sponsor tax documents alongwith personal tax documents?

That question doesn't apply if the petitioner is a citizen.

Maybe "self-employed" or the name of the business. The sponsor sends their personal tax return.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
