Hi, I filed family based preference (F2b) from Sierra Leone. Anybody know which Visa Bulletin I should look at? The Visa Bulletin I found on "U.S. Visas" website only has China, Philippines, Mexico and India as listed countries, where I suppose to look at for my country?
