Hello there,
I became a US citizen back in 2011, so I'm petitioning my mother in Mexico to immigrate to the USA. After paying the AOD fees, Im gathering all the proper supporting documents requested by NVC. My mother has never been to the USA.
I'm unclear about some of the items listed below. I too need a police certificate, court records, military records from my original country and current residence?
or these items solely apply to my mother in Mexico. Please any help is greatly appreciated.
(Also, my mother never got married and my father passed away when I was two years of age).
