If you need help give more details

Did you know that the I-130 is used for different categories of petitions?
If the beneficiary is one of your parents and is overseas. You do not need to provide any passport pictures.
If the beneficiary is your spouse then you need to provide passport pictures for you and your spouse.
It depends on the category. You didn't even mention if you were a US citizen or a Permanent resident

I am an LPR, and will be sponsoring my husband who is overseas...
the instructions for filing I-130 for spouse says :

            (3) You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition.

So does it mean we can provide beneficiary photos only if he was in US, right?

In my case will I just provide my pics, being the petitioner ??
