325A - Who needs to fill?

Who needs to fill 325a? Should be just the beneficiary? or Should be both the beneficiary and the petitioner?

Getting confused when I looked at old threads.

For I-130 petition for spouse??
The latest version of form I-130 I.e 2/27 doesn't require G-325A at all ( am referring to spouse petition)
Only I-130 along with I-130A needs to be filled
