Hello there:
I see that there are two dates for F2A on Visa bulletin. One for Final action and one for Visa.
I am a permanent resident and filed petition for my wife ( I 130 ) in Feb 2016 and it is approved. Now I see that Family sponsored visa date cutoff is April 2016, which means I can file for application.
1. Do I file I 485 now along with Advance Parole and EAD? or
2. I file only EAD and Advance Parole.
My spouse is currently on H1b in USA.
