I am a US citizen living in New Zealand with my New Zealand husband. When filling out the i-130 I've come across a question that I'm unclear about and have found conflicting information on this forum.
Page 8 Part 4. Question 62.a
"The beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in
the United States, but he or she will apply for an immigrant
visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate in"
Is this referring to the consulate were we will have our interview? or is this question asking if we are doing DCF (which I know we can't do in NZ)?
I know for 61 the answer is N/A but for 62 I am unsure if I should put the Auckland NZ consulate for an interview, or put N/A because we can't do DCF?
Thanks for your help!
