I'm the BENEFICIARY as F4 Adult sibling of US citizen and E130 petition was filed On 28 July 2004
current processing date (as of April 2017 for India) shows 15AUG03
What does it mean!! Is it that we'll hear when the current processing date shows as July 2004 or are we already supposed to get some document requests by this time.
Anyone who understand the process, please advise. Thanks
On USCIS site all I see is the message " when your petition becomes current, or is likely to become current within one year, the NVC initiates immigrant visa pre-processing, including collecting visa fees, forms, and documents from sponsors (petitioners) and immigrant visa applicant(s)"
