Hey Guys,
I have a unique situation. My Grandpa filed for my parents. Their file is current now. However, NVC now requires my Grandpa to submit his affidavit again. And as lot of you know it has to be notarized.
Unfortunately my grandpa health deteriorated suddenly last week, and it is very unlikely that he can come to States this year. I am looking to any suggestions/ideas, as to what can we do?
I have read that we can take our Grandpa to US consulate in Bombay, to get it notarized, instead of having him fly to States. What are the other things we can do?
Thanks.
