Processing time of Potomac Center

I noticed USCIS updated their processing time today. Potomac service center had this update

U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 November 10, 2015

But last month when I checked it was October 10 2016 and not 2015, so I am confused !!is it typo ??

I believe it is a typo. BTW how do you know which service center you are assigned to? Is it on your receipt? Mine only shows that I'm assigned to NBC but I don't see any data for I130 at that center. Am I also assigned to one of those service centers, e.g. California, Vermont?

Yes it is on your receipt , on bottom left is the USCIS address

Thank you. Mine only says national benefit center (NBC) in the address section. But I cannot see any information of I 130 processing time for NBC...
