I-130 help!!

could anyone tell me how long it is likely to take me to get into the usa? My mother is a LPR and is applying for me to get in with an I-130. Does anyone know if it would be faster for my US citizen brother or my US citizen step father to get me in my mother and step father were married before i was 16, my mother has been in the states for 12 years. any help would be most appreciated.
