Hello all,
I have a quick question about I-130 although I and my wife read the instructions and we want to make sure we understand the instructions correctly.
My wife is filling out I-130 for me. Right now, I am in the US and we got married here. But I'll leave for my home country next week for 1-2 years. She will send I-130 and start the process. Then in a few months, she will come to my home country. We will probably need to send extra documents to show her domicile. Then, I will apply for CR-1 later.
But, for now, what is she supposed to send along with I-130?
- Proof of the bona fide marriage (marriage license, lease, photos, joint account etc)
- I-130A
- Both my and my wife's photos. (Also, in the instructions, it says my wife should submit photos if I am in the US. But when she sends I-130, I won't be in the US. So should she still send photos?)
- I think no more G-325A because we are sending I-130A?
Is that all? Am I missing something?
