Have GC but received interview notification

Hello,

Please see sequence of events.
-My wife had applied for GC through her father many years ago.
-After we got married I applied for her GC.
- The GC she applied through her father came in a year ago.
- we recently received a interview notice for the GC through me.

So she already has a green card but now has an interview for the 2nd application. I hope this message makes sense.

Has this happen to anyone else that can share some info?
